Ford Dealer merchandise is a wholesale program designed to maintain competitive pricing for the Ford Dealers.

Please, allow ten business days before checking the status of an order. If you have not received your order at that time, contact Spickering@ere-sri.com for further information.

Payment

As a dealership, you have the option to pay with credit card or utilize corporate billing which is processed via your P&A code.

Invoices will be processed twice a month by Ford Corporate.

Product

We don't accept returns on products unless it has arrived damaged.

Please take a photograph of the damaged item and submit it to support@fordmerch.com.

Shipping

Occasionally an order will be split into more than one shipping to decrease wait time due to back ordered items.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the US will take 10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. At checkout, the system will ask you to select a delivery method for the order.
